A graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and holder of a master in general private law and a master in criminal law, Matthieu Hue has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2001.

He began his career by joining the law firms KGA and Orsay before joining Chaintrier Avocats as a partner, where he founded and headed the business litigation department for five years. In 2012, he founded his own firm, Augure Avocats, before joining forces 5 years later with Vanessa Stepanian and Raoul Traver to create LexStep Avocats.

Matthieu Hue assists companies and their managers in all aspects of the daily life of their company. He deals with the negotiation and drafting of industrial and commercial contracts, the management of litigation and pre-litigation files, the management of human resources (individual and collective relations, disciplinary law), the management of commercial leases, the transfer of companies and the sale/acquisition of businesses, among others.

He likes to establish a close relationship with his clients and takes the time to understand their business and their needs to better assist them. As the right-hand man of the company managers, he is their unique interlocutor for most of their needs, from advice to litigation.

In addition to his expertise in business law, Matthieu Hue is also certified in mediation by ESCP Europe and a CMAP-accredited mediator, and he intervenes in dispute resolution as an in-house and inter-company mediator.
