Vanessa Stepanian is an associate attorney at LexStep, specializing in employment law.

Vanessa holds a master in labor law from the University of Paris II Assas and has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2002. Prior to her admission to the Paris Bar, she started her career in companies as a legal counsel in employment law. After having worked for several years in a large Parisian law firm with open international business, she created her own firm in 2008, before joining forces with Raoul Traver in 2015. Two years later, joined by Matthieu Hue, they founded LexStep Avocats together.

Particularly accustomed to advise companies that are not familiar with the French regulation’s applicable to employment law and litigation courts, Vanessa will offer a very personalized client’s support in her cases.
